However, before we get into learning the nuances of an effective Decision-Making process which we perceive would enable effective Decisions, we need to ask ourselves:
Have I actually Decided to Decide?
Making decisions is at first, an honest choice for each of us. Without choosing to decide for oneself or for the organizations that depend on our decision-making effectiveness, we usually remain occupied in the various steps involved in the process. Decisions are either delayed or not taken at all.
As a consequence, decisions are then imposed on us by superiors, elders, society, government, or anyone else who has the ability to make decisions AND also has chosen to.
Decide To Decide and own the consequences, both good and the ones that give us lessons for the future!
